Ingredients
- Leafy Lettuces, Tomato and Spring Onions,
- Turkey Meat
- 2 Garlic Gloves
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Thyme
- Caraway
- Allspice
- Paprika
- Salt and Pepper
- Parsley, fresh
Wash and dry the lettuce, cut in bite-sized form, drape on plate. Wash and slice tomatoes, place on top of the lettuce leaves. Cut the spring onions into rings, set aside. Wash and clean parsley, set aside. Slice turkey in stripes. Clean and finely chop garlic. Mix the spices: garlic, red pepper flakes, thyme, caraway, allspice, paprika, salt and pepper. Distribute spice mix evenly on the turkey stripes. Heat a pan, add 1 TBsp coconut oil and sear turkey stripes from all sides. Mix the spring onions with the seared meat and decorate it aside the lettuce. Use the parsley leaves as garnish over meat and lettuce.Method
