Rolled thin sliced beef with vegetables”

  • thin sliced beef, sandwich style (protein portion)
  • chopped dill pickles
  • chopped carrots
  • chopped onions
  • spices to taste
  • balsamic vinegar

Method

Step 1

Take meat and brush with vinegar. Season with salt, pepper and garlic.

Step 2

Place chopped vegetables on the flat meat and roll up.

Step 3

Secure with a toothpick.

Step 4

Sauté in pan with small amount of oil* until done.

Step 5
