Ingredients
Heat oil in a heavy pan. Add ham and root vegetables/pumpkin and apple. Stir so they don't stick. a. When the root vegetables / pumpkin is soft add the other vegetables. When it is almost done stir in the water or broth. It is done when the water evaporates. b. Another way to do this is to put it all in a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes. This might be the best method if you are in Strict Phase 2 (without oil).Method
