Ingredients
- 1 portion fully cooked corned beef (protein portion)
 - 1 TBSP and 2 ½ tsp olive oil*, divided
 - 2 ¼ tsp balsamic vinegar
 - ¼ tsp celery seed
 - ⅛ tsp salt
 - 1 TBSP chopped onion (or shallot)
 - your amount of coarsely chopped green cabbage

Thinly slice fully cooked corned beef. In a bowl, whisk olive oil, vinegar, celery seed and salt. Set aside. In a large skillet, sauté the cabbage, onions in remaining oil until crisp-tender, about 15 minutes. Add vinegar-oil mixture and corned beef.
