Ingredients
- 1 ¼ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp fresh cilantro
- pork tenderloin, cubed
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
Mix together: chili powder, salt, cumin, garlic, cilantro and pepper. Coat pork cubes with mixture and let sit for 45 minutes in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 225°F. Bake 2 hours, or until crispy.Method
