Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp fresh cilantro
  • pork tenderloin, cubed
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

Method

Step 1

Mix together: chili powder, salt, cumin, garlic, cilantro and pepper.

Step 2

Coat pork cubes with mixture and let sit for 45 minutes in refrigerator.

Step 3

Preheat oven to 225°F.

Step 4

Bake 2 hours, or until crispy.
