Ingredients
- boneless chicken
- ginger (1″)
- 4 garlic cloves (pressed through garlic press)
- chopped vegetables (carrots, broccoli, button mushrooms, green beans)
- lemon grass (½ stalk)
- lime leaves (1-2)
- vegetable broth
Method
Step 1
Grind the chicken with half of the ginger and garlic in mixer. Season with salt and pepper according to taste. Shape the same into meatballs. You will get about 5 to 6 balls.
Step 2
Steam these balls by putting them in colander and place it over boiling water and cover the pan and allow the meatballs to cook for approx. 10 min.
Step 3
Now, in a separate pot, add the remaining ginger-garlic paste, lime leaves, lemon grass and vegetable broth and cook for 10 min. Season according to taste.
Step 4
Add all the vegetables and cook for another 10 min. Add meatballs and cook for 5 more minutes. The stew is ready to eat.
