Ingredients

  • 1 portion beef stew meat
  • use salad (lettuce) as the side
  • 2 TBSP of olive oil*
  • onion or shallot, slices
  • balsamic vinegar

Method

Step 1

Beef stew meat, cut into ½ inch pieces.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in balsamic vinegar, and onion (or shallot).

Step 3

Cook 3 to 5 minutes, until tender.

Step 4

Mix in beef stew meat. Cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until evenly browned.
