Ingredients
- broth (made from bay leaf, cloves, whole black pepper, thyme, rosemary, salt, onion, garlic)
- meat (protein portion)
- chopped onion, 2 TBSP
- black pepper, salt, vinegar to taste
- vegetable (e.g. asparagus)

Prepare broth, boil 10 minutes. Reduce heat, strain. Add meat to broth and let simmer until done. Don’t boil! Remove meat and cut into small pieces. Add a few tablespoons of broth to the meat and mix with vegetables.Method
