Ingredients
- Fava Beans (protein portion)
- ¾ tsp olive oil*
- 2 TBSP onion or shallots, chopped
- ⅛ large tomato, diced
- ⅛ tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp chopped parsley
- salt, pepper and red pepper to taste

Method
Step 1
Pour the beans into a pot and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Mix them well and add onion, tomato, olive oil, cumin, parsley, salt, pepper and red pepper.
Step 3
Bring the mixture back to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium. Let the mixture cook 5 minutes.
Step 4
Serve warm on Ryvita Crisps.
