- butterfly pork steaks (protein portion)
- diced tomatoes (skinned)
- olives
- basil, salt, pepper and oregano to taste

Step 1
Sear meat in coated frying pan without oil.
Step 2
Add tomato, olives, herbs and spices. Heat for a few minutes.
Step 3
Serve for your family with pasta, for you with steamed vegetables or salad and 100% rye bread.
Step 4
Please remember to subtract weight of tomato and olives from your vegetable portion.
